Arthur Neal is a painter and printmaker who works somewhere between a figurative and a semi-abstract world and is an elected member of New English Art Club.
As Arthur says, “I engage with the formal problems that arise in the process of looking, in its broad sense, to attempt to make something that is a coherent painting . . . hopefully!” and he describes his working method as “prolonged, procrastinated messy chaos . . . just occasionally organised chaos.”
Arthur Neal now regularly shows at Linden Hall Studio and is one of the galleries most popular painters.
