The recent works in this exhibition inspired by the landscape we occupy; the environment we inhabit in East Kent and the Kent Coast looking out to France.
In the studio the works on paper developed through intuitive compositions and the qualities of acrylic colour, texture, line and a multitude of mark making expressed through mixed media.
The glass panels created in the stained glass studio from the works on paper. They became small cartoons as if for windows in the traditional manner, containing all the qualities of light translucence in the blown cylinder 'Antique' glass and the lead matrix.
The smaller glass works manufactured in the fused glass process which contain inherent qualities of their own.
